Fixed Tube Sheet Heat Exchanger
Mature in structure and efficient to manufacture, suitable for a wide range of conventional heat transfer duties. The structure and materials can be customized according to media properties, temperature and pressure conditions, as well as cleaning and maintenance requirements.
U-tube Heat Exchanger
Suitable for duties with differential thermal expansion requirements and helpful in reducing thermal stress. Tube-side and shell-side configurations can be customized based on media conditions, pressure drop requirements and operating parameters.
Floating Head Heat Exchanger
Suitable for duties with large temperature differences and higher maintenance requirements. The equipment structure can be refined according to project needs to meet overall requirements for fabrication, sealing and operational reliability.
Steam Heater
Suitable for heating duties in air separation, petrochemical, food, metallurgy and textile industries. It can be designed and manufactured according to heat duty, pressure drop control and thermal stress requirements.
Intercooler
Used to reduce medium temperature, improve system efficiency and lower thermal load. Customized structural solutions can be provided based on flow rate, temperature and on-site installation conditions.
Packed Column
Suitable for gas-liquid mass transfer duties in chemical, environmental and related industries. Tower structure, internals and fabrication details can be customized according to process parameters, capacity and site conditions.
Interstage Cooler for Compressor
A key heat exchange device used between compressor stages to reduce gas temperature, lower subsequent compression power consumption, and improve overall system operating efficiency.
Towers & Tanks
